I was born into a creative family of television professionals, so my childhood unfolded in the corridors and studios of a TV station. From the age of six, I was trying myself as a TV host, crawling under editing tables, learning the craft of acting, and gradually imagining the life of a director. Choosing a screen profession was, therefore, inevitable.
While studying directing at the St. Petersburg University of Film and Television, I made several short fiction and documentary films that were recognized at student film festivals. Around the same time, I began directing commercial spots, while also gaining experience on major film productions as an assistant director and film editor.
Since 2011, I have been fully immersed in the advertising industry. The concise format of commercials, combined with my natural inclination toward humor, became a perfect training ground for developing my own comedic directing style. In every new project, I love to experiment with humor, exploring its nature in various forms.
I have directed advertising campaigns for brands such as: McDonald's, Alpen Gold, Meller, Twix, Beeline, MTS, Megafon, Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, M.Video, Yandex, Intel, LG, Baltika, Gösser, J7, and many others.
