Hi, I’m Sergey Ramz. I was born in 1985 in the city of Moscow and perhaps this fact predetermined a lot. From the very beginning I grew up surrounded by the best national museums and theaters where my loving parents took me often. Nevertheless, despite all their efforts my attention was completely focused on cinema, so in my spare time I began to wander around video rentals which opened in Moscow then.

However, I am not one of those guys who received a camera as a gift in their childhood and since then decided to become directors.

My parents worked in advertising, and I started to hang around locations where distinguished filmmakers shot the very first commercials in our country.

The prestigious school in the city center and the absence of any desire to join the army made me entering the Faculty of History of Moscow State University. There I took courses of Archeology, History of Art and Soviet cinema at my own pleasure and also while studying I worked part-time for advertising production companies.

I managed to work almost in all the positions in advertising from copywriter to producer and only in 2015 I finally entered Film Directing department of Moscow Film School, joining Alexey Popogrebsky’s workshop. Since then I’m focused solely on directing.

I came to this profession at a certain age when it’s no longer necessary to talk big and tough

about the things you don’t really understand. I clearly know my specialty and I’m not trying to be universal. My advertisements are not so much about unprecedented cuts or bright patterns (although both the pace of editing and the color palettes are, of course, very important for me on every project). My background is film directing, hence the corresponding specialty: cinematographic advertising, in which the plot, work with the actors and visual aesthetics mean a lot. This is a team sport for me and I believe one simple rule to be of the great importance: advertising should exactly produce the result, which is expected. And to make it happen I’m ready to contribute all my experience, talent and imagination to each video.

My name is Vladimir Vaulin, I’m 32 y.o. In 2015 I’ve graduated BBDO Wordshop Communications Academy, the Creative Video faculty. Since then I started working as a commercial and music video director. Working with video, I always try to find the key to the viewer’s emotional engagement. I believe that the main goal of video production is to call an emotion, either we create a touching story, sport manifesto or a comedy. If it’s possible in a collaboration process, I usually try to affect to the core creative of commercials I work with. I strongly believe that knowing what makes a story really successful can be put in its foundation. Also, it’s worth noting that my background as a creative helped me to win the Bronze Medal in the 2018 Cannes Lions, Young Lions Film Competition.

I’ve been doing this best-in-the-world profession for 12 years, having started working as a director of the TV  program “Galileo” on CTC Channel when I was still a student. I graduated from the Directing Department of Wordshop BBDO and from the Journalism Department of Moscow State University (sub-department of TV and Radio Broadcasting). I have shot video manifestos for large banks and powerful modern TVC-clips, and have worked abroad a lot. I love to and know how to shoot OLV: my video «Love Doesn’t Care» for Raffaello was named the best commercial of 2018, and my original project «The City of Poems» got 100 million views across various social media platforms without seeding or promotion. My film career began when I won the Walt Disney screenwriting and directing contests in 2014, whish selected 6 young Russian filmmakers out of 3,000 participants to shoot an anthology film. In 2019 I became the director of the feature-length film “Alla Pugacheva. That Very Concert,” a documentary film concert with a legendary woman in the lead. More than 300,000 viewers watched it on the big screen, and its box office exceeded $ 1.5 million, which has made my film the highest-grossing one in its genre in the history of Russian film distribution.

I’ve loved photography since I was little. When I was a 12-year-old boy I used to take photos with my father`s «zenith-e» camera – and it was really magical! At that time, I thought I was going to become an artist, so I went to study graphic design in BGIKI in Belgorod. Time passed, I moved to Moscow and started working in commercial photography, advertising and fashion sphere. In a very short period of time I managed to collaborate with many Russian and foreign magazines, fashion designers and TV stars
